1. Should have the ability to teach small kids

3. Good verbal & written english skills
4. Loads and loads of patience
5. Tons and tons of love for kids
6. Energetic, it can be back-breaking work running after the little ones
7. Willingness to learn, we are doing revolutionary stuff,so learning needs to be constant
