About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the program and deliver weekly sessions to students (11 to 17 years)
2. Train K-12 students on curated emerging technology programs in embedded systems, robotics, 3D printing, drones, IoT, coding using project based hands-on learning in offline mode
3. Provide experiential learning to students to help them develop technical skills through engineering, design-thinking, coding, hardware/software tools, simulations and various other tools using our unique pedagogy
4. Conduct real-life projects (hardware and software) with engineering enthusiasts and students from various age groups
5. Accelerate student growth by providing guidance, feedback and mentorship on projects and personal development aligned with curriculum
6. Manage logistics around unique opportunities for students (e.g., tech events, hackathons, guest speakers, company tours, and lab tours/ opportunities)

Other requirements

1. Are an engineering/science graduate/post-graduate, your stream is one of electronics, computers, mechatronics or equivalent

2. Willing to work in Pune (NIBM/ Salunke Vihar area)

3. Experienced in conducting hands-on experiments and teaching in a practical, fun, and playful manner

4. Hands-on experience in robotics, electronics/embedded systems, Arduino, and related toolsets

5. Knowledge of AI/ML, drones, programming/coding in Python, and open-source ecosystems will be a plus

6. Computer proficiency and tech-savvy, ability to use digital boards

7. Good storyteller, soft-spoken with the ability for voice modulation

8. Excellent interpersonal skills - should be able to establish a good rapport with youngsters and parents

9. Good command of English (writing and speaking) and Hindi

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
