Teacher Trainer/Schooling - Facilitator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the entire logistics of the training as well as monitoring the training for smooth functioning
2. Facilitating sessions with students/teacher from government schools
3. Assist the senior trainers in training the Govt school teachers
4. Maintain a database of the training sessions and follow up on pieces of training and record the feedback from each training, testimonials, videos, pictures, etc.
5. Facilitating weekly coaching sessions with the teacher, also taking part in the content development of the sessions and implementing the same
6. Liaising with the different government departments for the permission process of the program & maintaining good rapport with the teachers & government officials
7. Ensuring a positive impact of the program on the teachers and keeping track of the same through weekly reports and observation of their classes
8. Facilitate some Pehlay Akshar -functional English programs in the partner schools in rural and urban poor communities across the country
9. Coordinate Volunteering for other programs of the Pehlay Akshar Foundation
