We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Instructor / Curriculum Developer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to break down complex concepts into accessible, engaging learning experiences. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assisting in curriculum development, and staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Instruction & Mentoring: Teach technical courses to learners of all levels across domains such as Data Science, AI, Full Stack Development, Python, Networking, Business Intelligence, and Emerging Technologies. Deliver lectures, conduct hands-on labs, and provide personalized guidance to achieve learning objectives.
2. Curriculum & Content Development: Collaborate with the academic team to design and update course curricula. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and projects, incorporating real-world case studies and practical activities to enhance learner engagement.
3. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Experiment with new teaching strategies and tools while gathering feedback to refine course content and improve the learning experience.
1. Technical Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge in one or more areas such as Data Science, AI/ML, Full Stack Development, Python Programming, Telecommunications, or Business Intelligence tools. Familiarity with emerging technologies like React, AI/ML, Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and cybersecurity is highly desirable. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools as required.
2. Teaching & Communication Skills: Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. Capability to inspire and motivate learners through a supportive teaching style.
3. Other Desirable Skills: Experience with curriculum design, instructional design principles, and digital learning platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
