Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
2. Status update for orders
3. Managing support tickets
4. Assisting with the delivery and shipment of PCs'
5. Handling support calls
6. Communicating between teams
7. Onsite support and service

Qualification:

1. Proven qualification working in a similar role.
2. Fluent in English, Tamil (other languages are a bonus)

Knowledge and skills needed:

1. Proficiency in operating systems
2. Knowledge of computer hardware components
3. Exceptional diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
