Technical Support Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
2. Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported technical issues promptly
3. Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
4. Document and track client issues and resolutions in the system
5. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as required
6. Stay updated on product knowledge to address client inquiries and issues effectively
7. Communicate customer feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance product performance and usability
8. Participate in on-site visits to client locations for technical support and training
9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical products and services

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the software or technology industry
3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
5. Customer-focused mindset and dedication to exceptional service
6. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (50-80%)
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
8. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
