Technical Support Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid technical background, and a willingness to travel as needed to support our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients and resolve them in a timely manner.
3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
4. Document and track client issues and resolutions in our system.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and effectively address client inquiries and issues.
7. Communicate customer feedback and insights to the product development team to improve product performance and usability.
8. Participate in on-site visits to client locations to provide technical support and training.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical products and services.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
5. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
6. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (approximately 80% of the time).
7. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
