1. Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers daily
2. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients
3. Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
4. Follow up on potential leads and close sales efficiently
5. Identify and source new leads through various channels, including online research, databases, and social media
6. Maintain and update an accurate database of potential clients
7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
8. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
9. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
10. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall sales goals
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and data-sourcing efforts
12. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
2. Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and data-sourcing skills
3. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
4. Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools is an advantage
5. Educational background of HSC, Diploma, or equivalent
