Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
3. Supporting the accounting department with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
4. Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and team members in person, over the phone, and via email.
5. Utilizing MS Excel to maintain spreadsheets and track important data.
6. Understanding and interpreting engineering drawings to assist with project coordination.
7. Ensuring all office tasks are completed accurately and on time to support the overall success of the company.
