Advanced tele sales skills to drive successful client interactions and achieve sales targets. (Mandatory skill)
Strong telemarketing abilities, focused on promoting real estate offerings to potential clients. (Mandatory skill)
Sound knowledge and understanding of sales processes, particularly in the real estate sector.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and enhance customer relationships efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas and present solutions clearly.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally and persuasively.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment to meet company objectives.
