Key responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Provide administrative support to the team by performing tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and preparing reports.
3. Maintain accurate records and databases for easy reference.
4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall office performance.
5. Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of communication between departments.

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel

Other requirements

1. 0-2/5 years of experience in an administrative role or related field (front desk administration).

2. Excellent communication skills with convincing power; strong knowledge of receptionist activities are essential.

3. Proficiency in telephone handling, guest handling, front office management, office assistance, office coordination, office administration, and HR administration.
