Key Responsibilities:

2. Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, offering appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
3. Maintain a record of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the system.
4. Ensure that customer feedback is escalated to the relevant departments for further action, if necessary.
5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring that each customer feels valued and heard.
6. Stay updated on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate responses.
