Key responsibilities:

3. Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with prospective clients.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with clients in our CRM system.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns that clients may have.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
7. Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, appointments set, and conversions.
