Telecaller Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential users via calls and chat to verify their source of income and transfer details.
2. Verify and review user documents, including bank statements and KYC documents (captured through a tool), for compliance purposes.
3. Ensure professional and seamless communication with clients.
4. Proactively communicate with clarity and politeness, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
5. Demonstrate consistency, professionalism, and strong work ethics throughout.

Other requirements:

1. Only candidates currently based in Bangalore should apply.
2. Must be available to work 6 days a week.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
4. Strong attention to detail, especially for document verification and compliance processes.
5. Ability to work independently
6. Must arrange your own transportation to our office located in Royal Residency Layout, BTM 4th Stage, Bengaluru or HSR layout.
7. Candidates are required to bring their lunch
8. Comfortable working a 12-hour shift from 8 AM to 8 PM.
