Telecaller Fresher Job

4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel
5. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
6. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
7. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
