Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to promote virtual sessions, events, conferences, and roadshows
2. Efficiently gather and organize data
3. Articulate the benefits and significance of attending our sessions/events to customers
4. Identify and nurture leads, arranging meetings as required
5. Uphold superior standards of quality in all interactions
6. Exceed predefined targets for assigned tasks
7. Clearly communicate product/service details to customers
8. Maintain and update customer databases according to established protocols
9. Prepare and distribute reports on outbound call activities
