The 'Debt Collection Telecaller' is responsible for making outbound calls to debtors in order to recover outstanding payments. This involves communicating with individuals or businesses, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining records of interactions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact Debtors: Make outbound calls to individuals or companies with overdue debts and encourage timely repayment.
2. Negotiate Payment Plans: Work with debtors to create feasible payment schedules or settlements based on their financial situation.
3. Resolve Disputes: Address any concerns or disputes raised by debtors regarding their debts or payment terms, aiming to reach a resolution.
