Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads and converting them into sales.
2. Conduct product presentations and explain services to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet their requirements.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
5. Follow up with leads, manage customer inquiries, and close sales effectively.
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in excel (training to be provided).
7. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent post-sale service.
8. Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively sell products/services.
9. Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
10. Provide feedback to the team and management on market trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
