Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques.
2. Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new ones to encourage repeat business.
3. Meet or exceed predetermined sales targets.
4. Respond to customer queries and complaints, and liaise with the relevant department.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and overall performance.
6. Use sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
8. Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
