Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research
2. Qualify leads and schedule meetings to present products/services
3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
4. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
5. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
7. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
8. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure continued satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities
9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
10. Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to improve offerings and strategies
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
12. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
13. Collaborate with team members and departments to achieve sales goals
14. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Proven sales experience, preferably in [industry-specific experience if applicable]
3. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
5. Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
