4. Collaborate with team members to develop effective calling scripts and strategies
5. Follow up with leads and donors to cultivate relationships and secure donations or support
6. Meet or exceed call volume and fundraising targets on a daily and weekly basis
7. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of telecalling and fundraising
