We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team at Detailing Castle India Pvt. Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential investors and customers to promote our franchise model.
Key Responsibilties:
1. Making outbound calls to potential investors to introduce our franchise opportunities
2. Collecting and updating potential investor information in MS Excel for further tracking
3. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner
4. Following up with investors to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to generate potential franchise leads
1. Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or a similar role
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry skills
3. Excellent spoken Hindi and written English communication skills
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
5. Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure
6. Bachelors degree or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
