Telecaller Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential customers or clients to offer products, services, or information.
2. Answering Inbound Calls: Responding to inquiries from customers, addressing their concerns, and providing necessary information.
3. Product/Service Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the products or services being offered and explaining them clearly to customers.
4. Customer Support: Assisting with customer complaints or issues, providing solutions, and following up on unresolved matters.
5. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential leads, qualifying them, and passing on the relevant information to the sales team.
6. Maintaining Databases: Recording customer details, feedback, and any other relevant information in a database or CRM system.
7. Meeting Targets: Achieving set sales or call handling targets, whether related to the number of calls, successful conversions, or customer satisfaction.
8. Cross-selling and Up-selling: Offering additional products or services that may interest the customer to increase sales opportunities.
9. Providing Updates: Keeping customers informed about promotions, new products, or changes in services.
