Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers and inviting them for events/webinars
2. Providing customers with information about the company s products and services
3. Sending invites through emails and proactively following up with customers for confirmations
4. Validating, generating, and managing database
5. Creating and submitting a daily call report to the reporting manager

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
2. Ability to persuade and convince customers
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
5. Experience in telemarketing (in the event industry) preferred
6. Graduate
