Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers during the night shift.
2. Provide Customer Support: Assist customers with their inquiries, issues, or concerns and provide accurate information.
3. Document Interactions: Record details of customer interactions and transactions in the company s system.
4. Follow-up: Follow up on customer calls where necessary and keep track of the follow-up schedule.
