This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Travel Minati in Dwarka Delhi, India.
Key responsibilities include promoting and selling travel packages, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in sales or customer service (Freshers also welcome)
2. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
5. Knowledge of travel industry and destinations
6. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools
7. Fluency in English and local language (additional languages are a plus)
