Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform cold calling to prospective candidates to assess their interest in MBA programs.
2. Communicate the features and benefits of our MBA programs.
3. Accurately record and update candidate information in our CRM system.
4. Follow up with potential candidates to provide further information as needed.
5. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
