Telecaller(Female) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote loan and insurance products
2. Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly and effectively
3. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products
4. Address customer queries and provide accurate information to resolve concerns
5. Maintain and update the customer database regularly
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
7. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and build lasting customer relationships
8. Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into customers
9. Adhere to company policies and guidelines during customer interactions

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telecalling or sales (experience in loans and insurance is a plus)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to understand and explain financial products effectively
4. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
6. Fluency in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language as required]
7. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
