Key Responsibilities:

1. Counseling & Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding MBA and PGDM programs, including course details, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
2. Admissions Process: Assist candidates with the entire admission process, including application form completion, document submission, entrance exam details, interview scheduling, and fee structure explanation.
3. Follow-ups & Conversion: Follow up with potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure that they have all necessary information to make informed decisions.
4. Information Sessions & Webinars: Organize and conduct information sessions, webinars, and seminars to provide prospective students with valuable insights about the programs.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like marketing, administration, and faculty to ensure smooth processing of applications and a seamless experience for the candidates.
6. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospects and their status in the admissions pipeline, ensuring timely updates.
7. Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from students to enhance the admission process and improve counseling methods.
8. Networking & Outreach: Participate in education fairs, corporate events, and campus outreach programs to attract new candidates.
