Key responsibilities:
1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting HNI luxury residential and commercial properties.
2. Engage with clients on calls to understand their requirements, recommend suitable properties & drive lead to appointment conversion.
3. Provide detailed and accurate information about available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.
4. Responsible to manage daily login hours, dialing & appointment targets.
5. Maintain and update customer databases with precision, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
6. Effective rapport building on calls & manage a two-way conversation.
