Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors to introduce properties
2. Provide detailed information about properties, including location, pricing, amenities, and availability
3. Collect and record customer information, interests, and requirements
4. Arrange property viewings and appointments for interested clients
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system
6. Improve product knowledge and sales skills continuously
