Telecaller Fresher Job

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, pitching our products/services, and closing deals. Your fluency in both English and Hindi will be essential in effectively communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and identify their needs
2. Pitch products/services to prospects and persuade them to make a purchase
3. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
5. Maintain a database of leads and follow up with them regularly
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives
7. Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer preferences
