Telecaller Fresher Job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. As a telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and ultimately contributing to the company's sales objectives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list of leads
2. Conduct outbound calls during US working hours (Night shift hours in India)
3. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
4. Identify and understand customer needs, answer questions, and provide information about products/services
5. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas
7. Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers
8. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics or objections
9. Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings
10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications required:

1. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
4. Strong organisational and time-management skills
5. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
6. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
7. High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

1. Experience in a related industry (e.g., telemarketing, sales)
2. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
3. Multilingual skills

Note:

1. Salary: 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
2. No bar for deserving candidates
