About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
3. Introduce products or services to potential clients over the phone.
4. Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database.
6. Follow up on leads or inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
7. Provide information about products, services, or promotions.
8. Meet daily or weekly call quotas or targets set by the team or manager.
9. Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals.
10. Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
