Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our business
2. Schedule appointments for clients to visit our location
3. Maintain and update the customer database regularly
4. Collaborate with the Sales Team
5. Make regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients

Skills Required:

1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills
4. Ability to engage clients and build rapport quickly over the phone
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
6. Fluency in English and Hindi
