Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers following a prepared script
2. Engage in active listening to understand the customer's needs and tailor the sales pitch accordingly
3. Provide accurate information about the products or services offered
4. Persuade customers to make a purchase or set up an appointment
5. Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Follow up on customer calls when necessary
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
9. Update customer information in the database during and after each call
10. Work with the sales team to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction

6. Make cold calls as per available data and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and successfully close leads into sales
7. High school diploma or equivalent
8. Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
9. Excellent verbal communication skills
10. Ability to be persuasive and exhibit professionalism
11. Strong customer focus and adaptability
12. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
13. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software
14. Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
15. Ability to work well within a team environment
16. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle rejection
