Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle incoming calls from customers to address their queries and provide assistance.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
5. Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales quotas.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and trends to help improve our services.
