About the job

We are looking for enthusiastic telesales representatives to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

1. Answering phone calls and explaining the products and services offered by the company
2. Asking questions to the customers and understanding their specifications
3. Resolving queries related to the product and services
4. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner
5. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements
