Telecaller Fresher Job

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive (Female) to join our advertising company. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of telesales experience and a passion for sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch advertising services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and offer suitable advertising solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of telesales experience, preferably in advertising or media.
