Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make 100 cold calls daily to prospective students, explaining the courses and services offered by the institute
2. Maintain a connection rate of 70% to 80% from daily calls
3. Generate 4 to 5 daily walk-ins from cold calling efforts
4. Use pre-defined scripts to contact both prospective and existing students
5. Address queries related to courses, services, and any issues students may face
6. Update and maintain the student database regularly
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with students to enhance engagement
8. Report daily progress to the supervisor, including call and walk-in statistics
9. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in education and career counseling

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in academic advising or counseling
2. Knowledge of educational programs and admission processes
3. Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources
4. Educational background in High School/Bachelor's/Master's degree or a related field
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
7. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and stakeholders
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
