Telecaller Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
2. Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
3. Maintain customer records and update the database with relevant information.
4. Follow-up on leads and inquiries to generate sales or appointments.
5. Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.

Requirements:

1. Strong verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
2. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
3. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
4. Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
