Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to client inquiries on Instagram promptly and professionally.
2. Initiate conversations with potential clients to gather their contact information.
3. Make outbound calls to clients to discuss their requirements and provide information about DroneYards' drone services.
4. Connect interested clients with the technical team for detailed discussions and support.
5. Maintain a record of all client conversations, including contact details and discussion points, in an organized manner.
6. Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience.
7. Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on the latest drone services and offerings.
