Telecaller Fresher Job

We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our team at Jaguar Properties! As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our properties, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties
2. Handle incoming calls from clients and provide excellent customer service
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications in MS Excel
4. Follow up with clients who have shown interest in our properties
5. Meet daily and weekly call targets to generate leads for the sales team
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
7. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to effectively answer client queries
