Telecaller Fresher Job

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our IT company in
Mohali. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in an IT
company as a Telecaller or 1 year of experience in the MLM service industry. The
role involves generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and setting up
meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding
of IT company services and crypto. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and promoting our crypto-related products.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote IT services and
2. solutions.
3. Explain the company's services in IT and crypto space.
4. Identify client needs and provide appropriate information about our offerings.
5. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
6. Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for client discussions.
7. Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
8. Achieve monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointments.
9. Follow up on previous inquiries and nurture relationships with potential
