Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products or services
2. Build and maintain a strong customer database through effective lead-generation techniques
3. Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
4. Present product features, benefits, and pricing to customers persuasively
5. Meet or exceed individual sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential cross-selling or upselling opportunities

Qualifications and skills:

1. Any graduate or fresher with zeal and enthusiasm to contribute to the organization's growth
2. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Highly motivated and target-oriented
6. Languages: English, Tamil
