2. Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
3. Following up on leads through phone calls and emails to convert them into clients.
4. Maintaining a database of contacts and updating client information accurately in MS Excel.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.
6. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Providing feedback to the management on customer preferences and market trends to improve our services.
