Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answering phones and explaining courses focusing on robotics, app development, IoT, embedded systems, etc., based on interest and academic goals of the student.
2. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
3. Collect customer information and other relevant data.
4. Engage customers by asking questions to understand their specific needs.
5. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products and services.
6. Regularly update and maintain the customer database.
7. Recommend solutions based on the customer's needs and requirements.
