Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate with prospective students, parents, and the community through appointments, telephones, emails, and other materials and conducting campus tour
2. Work to telecall, work on leads generation, track and follow up student enrollment
3. Co-coordinate with the marketing and sales team on student enrollment
4. Assist with the development of enrolment marketing and communication including WhatsApp message mailer brochure etc.
5. Present information about the benefits of the university education programs at the onsite location and to on-campus visitors

Requirements:

1. Postgraduate/graduate with 3 years of experience
2. Good communication skills
3. Prior experience as an admission counselor will be an advantage
