Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and schedule appointments if necessary.
4. Maintain and update customer databases with call details.
5. Achieve daily or weekly targets for calls and appointments set by the supervisor.

Probation:
