Telecaller Fresher Job

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic outbound sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves initiating outbound calls to potential customers in the UK, persuading them to consider our products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calls to UK customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
2. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convince potential customers to make a purchase or book an appointment.
3. Apply soft skills to build rapport with customers, handle objections, and move the call forward toward a positive outcome.
4. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the given timelines.
5. Adhere to productivity and quality standards, ensuring a high level of performance in every call.
6. Gather accurate information from customers and validate the details for follow-ups and record-keeping.
7. Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, and generate comprehensive reports on lead status and sales performance.
8. Foster a team spirit, contribute to team-building activities, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound calling environment, is preferred.
2. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
